Shipping & Return Policies

1.  Local Service Area

urbanBloomed LLC is a Louisville, Kentucky-based business. We do not offer shipping. All products and services are available locally only.

 

How You Receive Your Order

  • Farmer's market pickup — purchase in person at our market booth

  • Local delivery — available within the Louisville area for online orders

 

Delivery availability and scheduling will be confirmed at the time of purchase. Delivery fees, if applicable, will be communicated before checkout is completed.


Outside Louisville? We currently serve the Louisville, KY area only. If you're outside our area and interested in our products or services, reach out — we'd love to know where urbanBloomed fans are located.

2.  Returns & Exchanges — Physical Products

We take pride in the quality of our handmade pots and custom soil blends. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

 

Cement & Resin Pots (The Essential, The Hearth Bowl, The Trio Set)

  • Exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Bring the item to a farmer's market booth or contact us directly to arrange an exchange

  • Cash refunds are not offered — exchanges only

  • Exceptions may be considered case by case at urbanBloomed's discretion

 

Soil Blends (Monty's Aroid Mix, Pearl's Orchid Mix, Pheonix's Cactus & Succulent Mix, Eshe's Everyday Potting Soil)

  • Exchanges accepted within 14 days if the bag is unopened and unused

  • Opened or partially used soil blends cannot be exchanged

  • Contact us or bring the item to a market booth to initiate an exchange


How to exchange: Contact us via the website or bring your item to any urbanBloomed farmer's market booth. We'll handle it from there — no hassle, no drama.

3.  Live Plants — No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of living plants, all plant sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants once they leave our care.

 

Every plant sold by urbanBloomed is healthy and carefully inspected before sale. Once a plant is in your care, its health is affected by environment, watering, light, and handling — factors we cannot control after purchase.

 

What We Recommend Instead

  • If your plant is struggling after purchase, book a Bloom Briefing — we'll assess the issue and give you a clear care plan

  • If the plant needs repotting or soil refresh, a Root Revival can reset its foundation

  • If you need consistent care, The Green Routine or The Vital Drip keeps your plants healthy long-term


Damaged on delivery? If a plant arrives visibly damaged due to our handling or delivery, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll assess and make it right on a case by case basis.

4.  Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

  • Take a clear photo of the item and the issue

  • Contact us via urbanbloomed.com or at a farmer's market booth

  • We will arrange a replacement or exchange as quickly as possible

 

We stand behind everything we make. Genuine damage or fulfillment errors will always be resolved — no questions asked.

5.  Farmer's Market Purchases

Items purchased directly at a farmer's market booth are subject to the same exchange policy outlined above. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

For exchanges on market purchases, you may bring the item to any future market where urbanBloomed is present, or reach out to us directly via the website to arrange an alternative.
