Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

  • International Shipping: We currently DO NOT provide international shipping!

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging.

  • How to Initiate: To start a return, please email us at info@urbanbloomed.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Wholesale Eligibility

 

  • A minimum opening order of $300 or 24 units is required.

  • We require a valid State Resale Certificate or Tax ID number for all wholesale accounts.

  2. Include Details: Please provide your name, business name, store location (physical and/or online), and a brief description of your business.
