Root Revival is urbanBloomed’s repotting service, created to give your plants the fresh foundation they need to thrive. Over time, plants outgrow their containers, roots become cramped, and soil loses its nutrients. Root Revival provides a complete reset, ensuring your greenery has the space, support, and care it deserves. Each session includes assessing plant health, gently loosening and refreshing roots, replacing tired soil with a nutrient-rich blend, and transferring plants into a new container that better suits their growth. Perfect for houseplants that have slowed in growth, show signs of root binding, or simply need a fresh start, Root Revival keeps plants healthy and vibrant. It’s also ideal for customers looking to refresh their décor with new planters while protecting the health of their greenery. Whether you book it as a stand-alone service or alongside The Green Routine, Root Revival helps your plants live longer, healthier lives. Because every plant deserves more than just care—it deserves a chance to thrive. The initial service fee includes the repotting of four small(up to 5 inch pots) plants. You also keep any soil involved with the repot!
Cancellation Policy
The Root Revival is our deep-dive, one-time plant restoration service — perfect for reviving stressed or neglected plants and helping them find their rhythm again. Each visit focuses on assessment, recovery, and education so you can confidently continue their care. What’s Included: We inspect root health, soil condition, and environment, then refresh or repot as needed. We prune, clean, and rebalance your plant’s space, using safe and natural materials to promote recovery. Every Revival is tailored to your plant’s unique needs. Expectations & Outcomes: Plants in recovery often need time to adjust. While many show improvement quickly, full restoration may take weeks. We’ll always be honest about what’s fixable — and when replacement or propagation may be a better path. Scheduling & Payment: Root Revival appointments are scheduled individually. Services are pay-up-front, with full transparency before any work begins. We’ll confirm your visit, review your goals, and provide a clear outline of what will be done. Add-Ons & Materials: Fresh soil, planters, and plant-safe treatments are available with your approval. You may also pre-set a “green budget” so we can make quick improvements on the spot. Care & Safety: We handle every plant with care, using gentle methods and non-toxic products. Because recovery may involve tools or materials, we ask clients to keep plant areas clear and safe during service. Please disclose any hazards (pets, chemicals, fragile décor, or wet floors) prior to your appointment. Cancellations & Reschedules: We ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move your appointment. If urbanBloomed needs to reschedule, you’ll receive a credit plus 50% off your next booking.
